Service Downtime or Interruptions

If a tool or service experiences continuous downtime for more than 72 hours (3 days) without resolution, users may request a cancellation of that service.

Refund Policy

Service Downtime

If your subscribed tool(s) are unavailable for more than three consecutive days due to issues on our end, you may be eligible for a refund.

Notification Requirement

You must notify us of the service issue within seven (7) days of the disruption. Refunds will not be processed if reported after this period.

  • Date and time the issue first occurred

2. Investigation

Our support team will investigate your request. We may request additional information or access to verify the issue.

3. Approval

If confirmed that the service was down for more than three consecutive days due to issues on our end, the refund will be approved.

4. Refund Issuance

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited to the original payment method.

Exclusions

Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:

  • User Error: Misuse or misconfiguration by the customer.
  • Third-Party Interference: Issues caused by third-party tools or plugins.
  • Scheduled Maintenance: Planned service downtimes that are communicated in advance.
